Ich habe zwei Wochen vor Weihnachten ein Produkt bestellt, welches im Shop als in 1-3 Werktagen geliefert und an Lager beschrieben war.
Nach einer Woche, keine Information vom Shopbetreiber, telefonisch nicht erreichbar, Mail wurde beantwortet und auf Fehler im Lagerbestand und Verzögerung des Importeurs hingewiesen.
Das Produkt kam dann nach vier Wochen endlich an, aber leider erst nach Weihnachten.
