Habe ein Handy Honor Magic 5 Pro bestellt. Ca.1Stunde später ein E-Mail Gerät kann abgeholt werden! Abgeholt in Frauenfeld. Absolut Topservice: Gerät war schon gerichtet. Sehr freundliche und aufgestellte Mitarbeiter. ( nicht mehr selbstverständlich ) Mit grösster Empfehlung Hannes Weber

Vorsicht! Statt Neuware versendet dieser Shop bereits geöffnete B-Ware! Der "Service" am Telefon ist gar keiner und beharrt darauf, dass alles geprüft wurde und "neu" sei. Es wurde keinerlei Vorschlag zur Güte unterbreitet und keinerlei Entgegenkommen gezeigt. Ein Zurücksenden sei zwar möglich, würde aber wie jede andere Rücksendung auch behandelt werden.
