esperienza orrenda..ho ordinato uno zaino , dopo poche ore mi sono reso conto che era quello sbagliato , ho chiesto di annullare l'ordine ma mi hanno detto che era gia' stato spedito...chiedo come fare per il reso e mi rispondono che non accettavano il reso....mai successo in vita mia che un articolo inscatolato non si possa rendere e non si capisce perche'....errore mio che non ho letto le condizioni di vendita...leggetele e non comprate mai da siti del genere...una vergogna nel 2024...

Wir bedauern sehr das sie dies so negativ werten.
Leider sind uns die Hände gebunden bei den Retouren wenn ein Lieferant diese ablehnt können wir hier leider nichts machen.
Erst recht wenn es kein Fehler unserer Seite ist.
Jedoch bedauern wir dies sehr.

Leider können wir unsere tollen Preis zum Teil nur anbieten, weil wir die Ware auch im Ausland beziehen, und diese über den Zoll muss.

DA haben wir leider keinen Einfluss, wie lange dies dauert, geben aber unser bestes die Lieferzeiten so kurz wie möglich zu halten.

Ich habe ein Macbook Air bestellt und weder in der Bestellbestätigung noch in der Rechnung stand dass eine Wnglische Tastatur hat, wieso auch bestelle ja extra deswegen in einem Schweizer Shop! Herrsteller nimmt Gerät trotz Irrtum und offensichtlich nicht vorhandener Information zurück. Behauptet schlicht das Gegenteil und geht auf Argumente nicht ein! Super mies! Jetzt haben aie immerhin die Beschreibung bei der Bestellung angepasst da heisst es KB UK….. auch jetzt muss man erstmal drauf kommen dass das Keyboard UK heisst! Uneinsichtig und absolut kundenunfreundlich! Ich weiss jetzt schon dass als Antwort des Händlers die Sachlage falsch dRgelegt wird! Passt auf bei dem Händler

Die Beschreibung von "KB UK" ist beim Artikel schon immer vorhanden. Wir haben Sie zur Sicherheit vor auslösen der Bestellung nochmals per Mail angefragt, die Konfiguration selbst zu kontrollieren und darauf hingewiesen, das CTO-Geräte, weder storniert noch zurückgegeben werden können.
