J'ai eu un excellent support et service de la part de Yanni qui a pris énormément de temps et d'énergie pour résoudre mon problème avec un routeur WiFi commandé chez patronen.ch. Il m'a changé et configuré deux fois le routeur pour mes besoins particuliers et a pris plusieurs fois 2h de temps pour corriger à distance la configuration du routeur par TeamViewer. Je recommande vivement le service et le support de patronen.ch.

This product is not availble anymore take down this offer, when I called they offered me another overpriced mouse with double the price you can find on amazon. Bait. I had to call to ask for this mouse otherwise they wouldn^t have processed my order to tell me they don't have it.

Das Produkt ist seit einigen Jahren in sehr begrenzten Mengen erhältlich und auf patronen.ch unter „Auf Anfrage“ deutlich gekennzeichnet. Auch hierzu gibt es keine Alternative. Wir haben nie eine Alternative angeboten und es gibt dafür tatsächlich keine Alternative. Könnte es sein, dass Sie uns mit einem anderen Anbieter verwechselt haben?
