Philips indique que ma commande a été envoyé, il communique un numéro de suivi de la poste.ch, colis pas reçu, impossible de le suivre sur le site de la poste.ch. Après, plusieurs tentative de joindre leur service hotline, tous sans succès, 40min d'attente au téléphone, le numéro suivant semble fonctionnait tôt le matin 01 57 32 40 51. Entretemps, Philips reconfirme que l'envoi est en cours. Après vérification auprès de la poste, après 5 jours d'attente, la Poste mentionne que ce numéro est inconnu et qu'aucun envoi est en cours. Impossible d'avoir des réponses précises de Philips

Alles tiptop. Der Versand geht ein wenig länger da vom EU Lager verschickt wird aber die kommunizierte Frist (2-5 Werktage) wurde eingehalten.

Die Bestellung nicht erhalten, nach 30 Tage noch nicht eingetroffen. Kundendienst macht nur ungenaue Angaben betreffend Lieferung. Weist an die Post weiter, dort ist aber keine solche Sendungsnummer Registriert.

Support ist ungenügend und eine Katastrophe. Musste weit über einen Monat warten bis sich der Support bei mir gemeldet hat. Nach der Problemschilderung meines TV erhielt ich umgehend ein Mail wonach ich innert 48 Std eine Antwort erhalten werde. Es vergingen 5 Wochen bis ich vom Support eine Nachricht erhalten habe. Auch der Versuch tf Kontakt aufzunehmen blieb erfolglos. Unglaubliche Wartezeiten. Das Problem habe ich dann Fust Reparaturservice gemeldet die sich umgehend dem Problem angenommen haben
