Ich bestellte 4 Artikel in 2 Größen (8 insgesamt) bei Sedusia, aber erfuhr, dass die meisten nicht retourniert werden können. Trotz Kontaktaufnahme zur Rückgabe ungeöffneter Ware, ermutigte mich Sedusia dazu, diese anzuprobieren. Wir würden bestimmt eine faire Lösung finden. Ich erhielt danach nur für 2 von 8 Artikeln eine Kulanz.

Sedusia bewirbt 30-tägiges Rückgaberecht, obwohl die meisten Artikel laut den AGB tatsächlich nicht retourniert werden können. Diese Diskrepanz zwischen Werbung und den tatsächlichen Bedingungen in den AGB ist irreführend. Die zahlreichen negativen Bewertungen, die im Netz diesbezüglich zu finden sind, verstärkte meinen Eindruck von Unseriosität und Ignoranz seitens Sedusia. Dies fühlt sich wie Abzocke an.

Die Artikel sind schön, aber falsche Größen werden teuer! Klare Hinweise zur Rückgabe wären bei diesen Preisen angebracht. Es ist schade, dass bei solchen finanziellen Investitionen keine transparentere Kommunikation erfolgt.

Ich werde alle Artikel bezahlen, aber ich bin nicht damit einverstanden, dass Kunden hier ausgenutzt werden, um Geld zu machen, auf Kosten ihrer Unwissenheit oder Leichtsinnigkeit. Unabhängig von den AGBs stimmt die Moral in meinen Augen nicht. Es wäre wünschenswert, dass Unternehmen ihre Kunden fair und transparent behandeln, gerade bei hochpreisigen Produkten.

Ich empfehle diese Seite nicht. Es gibt andere Dessous-Online-Shops, wo eine Leggings oder ein One-Piece nicht unter Dessous laufen und problemlos zurückgeschickt werden können, wenn diese nicht passen.

Ho fatto un acquisto da Sedusia.ch , costa il doppio e va bene, pero' dopo circa 2 ore dall'acquisto ho mandato una mail se si poteva annullare prima della spedizione perchè non volevo piu' quell'articolo . Mi rispondono dopo un giorno lavorativo, dicendomi che non è possibile annullare l'ordine . IL seguente ordine viene spedito dopo 4 giorni e quando mi ritrovo a fare il reso, niente non c'e verso di fare il reso,impossibile ! sconsiglio questo sito ci sono dei siti molto meglio spedizione in giornata e resi facili . Sedusia.ch DA EVITARE
