Nicht vertrauenswürdig und unseriös! Bei einem Artikelschaden sicherte mir der Kundendienst von Vedia schriftlich eine konkrete Schadensvergütung zu. Nur herrschte danach Funkstille. Zuerst wurde ich noch vertröstet, dann wurden Emails nicht mehr beantwortet und Rückrufe nicht ausgeführt. Als ich dann die zugesagte Summe betrieb, erhob Vedia Rechtsvorschlag. Mann stelle sich das vor; bei einer schriftlich zugesagten Vergütung! Meine Rechtsschutzversicherung hat den Betrag von Vedia dann ausgelöst. Auf Grund meiner Erfahrung sage ich nur; Finger weg von Vedia!
