Sehr schlechter Service und die Erreichbarkeit des Kundendienstes ist auch unmöglich. Der Kundendienst ist nicht in der Lage, mir per E-Mail eine Adresse zu nennen, an die ich die Sendung zurücksenden kann.

Ja mit dem Kundendienst funktioniert es nicht so gut. habe einen Relaxstuhl gekauft, nach zwei Jahren lässt dieser sich nicht mehr bedienen. Es liegt wirklich nur an der Bedienungseinheit. Mir ist klar, dass ich keinen Garantieanspruch mehr habe, ist auch kein Problem. Leider ist die Bedienung nicht mehr verfürgbar und ich darf mir einen Stuhl wegschmeissen.
