Eine Firma die ohne Einwilligung/Wissen des Kunden völlig eigenmächtig Aufträge im Namen des Kunden erstellt, gleichzeitig aber den echten Auftrag des Kunden einfach wortlos storniert, und darob nicht mal genug Anstand besitzt sich für diese Eigenmächtigkeit und daraus resultierendem Durcheinander zu entschuldigen und kulant zu zeigen, hat jedes Vertrauen verwirkt.
8.06 Euro (Mahnspesen) sind Euch wichtiger als über 10 Jahre Kundschaft (mit nicht schlechtem Umsatz, allein 2021 waren es 17'000Fr.). Im Anschluss löse ich mein Konto bei Euch auf und bestelle nie wieder bei Euch. Mein ganzes Umfeld auch nicht mehr, da auch die nicht riskieren wollen, dass Ihr eigenmächtig Bestellungen erstellt.
