One problem however, which appears general with this printer: after a few weeks, the control software indicates that the black toner is low and should be replaced. After some Google search, this annoying problem can easily be solved (e.g. in the Amazon forum : http://www.amazon.com/gp/forum/cd/discussion.html/ref=cm_cd_tpop_hdr?ie=UTF8&cdForum=Fx14FOPOSUKPDJU&asin=B002OT8C8C&cdThread=TxTJ4QQ5H2BIM2).
