This universal control is a good solution if you have a TV, DVD player and a Game Console, but you can forget to use it with your ampli, like an Harman/Kardon for example.
You can adjust the volume, but that's it.
Right now I'm gonna upgrade with his brother 895, hoping it works better with an ampli.
Anyways, the Harmony 885 is not giving you any problems at all, once you make the right setup, then the job is done, no troubles.
