Kaffee ist wässrig

Der Kaffe ist sehr wässrig, weil vor dem Kaffee Wasser rausläuft. Dies von Anfang an und nicht nach viel Gebrauch der Maschine - scheint also ein grundsätzliches Problem zu sein.
Migros weiss aber nichts davon und nun ist meine Maschine wochenlang in 'Reparatur'... :(
Für den Preis der Maschine ein no-go
