Nach nur drei Monaten hat unsere Canon 800is den Geist aufgegeben. Laut Canon Repair Center ist die Kamera irreparabel wegen Wasserschadens. Sie sei wahrscheinlich über Nacht im Regen gelegen. Dies war mit Sicherheit nicht der Fall. Der Kostenvoranschlag inklusive Entsorgung betrug nochmals 95 CHF !! Vom CANON Kundendienst keine Reaktion auf unser e-MAil-Kontakt. Fazit : Bestes Beispiel für einen guten Kundendienst. Nie wieder CANON, wir kaufen wieder eine Olympus - die hat 4 Jahre funktioniert, respektive wurde nach einem Jahr nach einem Schaden anstandslos repariert.
