Rating rules
You are sure to be interested in making sure shops are rated realistically. That is why we ask that you observe the following points for all ratings you submit in the future:
  • Make your rating as fair as possible and base it on your personal experiences regarding an order or enquiry.
  • Ratings that are clearly written for hype or revenge will generally not be accepted.
  • Please rate each criterion individually. Even though delivery may have been delayed, the product range or price could still have been very good.
  • Only one rating per shop can be submitted per month. A new rating will not be displayed until it has been approved.
  • If you rate one shop multiple times, the newest rating will be used to calculate the shop’s overall rating.
  • All approved ratings can be seen on the shop detail page by all Toppreise.ch visitors.
  • Toppreise.ch users have the chance to mark the published ratings as “helpful” or “unhelpful”.
  • Enter basic information regarding your order or enquiry, such as the date of order and products ordered, in the comments field.
  • So that the shop can understand your order process, you should specify the order or invoice number.
  • Shops have the chance to comment on your rating.
  • To clarify your problems with the shop in question, we are authorised to provide it with data. Your data will not be used for any other purpose, however.
We normally check new and changed ratings once a day and approve them, if necessary.
Please note that repeated violation of the rating rules may result in your access being deactivated.
