wer seine artikel nicht inner halb von 2-3 wochen braucht und keinen wert auf irgendeine form von kundenbetreuung legt, der kann hier sicherlich bestellen.

preise locken, sortiment ist umfänglich. auf emails wird nicht geantwortet, sobald diese unbequem werden. ich hab jetzt schon keine lust auf die künftigen diskussionen, sollte etwas innerhalb der garantiezeit passieren.

tut euch einfach einen gefallen und bezahlt die paar fragen mehr und bestellt bei einem anderen shop. das warten, die nerven und die miese behandlung sind die paar kröten mehr einfach nicht wert.

Habe ein Handy am 27.01.24, dass kürzlich erhältlich ist, bestellt.
Bei der Bestellung wurden "mehr als 10 Stk. versandbereit ab externem EU-Lager" angegeben.
Nach 3 Wochen wurde mir mittgeteilt dass das Handy beim Lieferanten nicht auf Lager sei und kein LIefertermin bekannt sei. Nach Reklamation, dass ich sehr enttäuscht sei über die Lieferfristen bakam ich am nächsten Tag eine weitere Mitteilung dass das Handy nicht mehr bestellt werden könne (nicht mehr produziert oder nicht mehr im Katalog des Lieferanten). Auf der Website des Herstellers ist es sehr wohl erhältlich.
NIE WIEDER BEI DIESEM SHOP BESTELLEN!

Après avoir reçu 2 disques SSD, l'un est défaillant. Je renvois l'article à mes frais et ils me disent que le numéro de série ne correspond pas à ma commande. Après plusieurs échanges par email sur plusieurs jours, on me dit qu'enfin la garantie pourra se faire...à suivre.

Le problème est le suivant : dans le document et dans l'e-mail relatifs au cas de garantie, vous avez écrit ceci :

Par ailleurs, le produit était également erroné, ainsi que la commande...
la commande : 285284
Produit : YYY

Tout faux. D'ailleurs, il nous a fallu 30 minutes pour vérifier toutes les vidéos et données afin de trouver d'où venait le disque, même pas à vous.

Et même l'avis de ce type que nous obtenons, le monde à l'envers.

Am 30. Januar habe ich bei Foletti das Galaxy Tab A9+ 5G zum sagenhaften Preis von CHF 145.-- bestellt. In den vergangenen zwei Wochen wurde der Liefertermin mehrmals nach hinten korrigiert. Heute wurde nun die Bestellung seitens Foletti storniert, dies obwohl >25 Stück desselben Artikels (mit anderer Artikelnummer und mit einem 85% höheren Preis) an Lager sind. Ich kann nur abraten, bei Foletti zu bestellen. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen: der vorausbezahlte Betrag wurde umgehend zurück überwiesen.

Vorsicht, lieferte in meinem Fall nicht das Modell was bestellt wurde (abweichender Modellnummer, anderer Ländercode) und Garantie Siegel war beschädigt.
Rückgabe unmöglich.
Kundendienst meiner Meinung nach inkompetent, unfreundlich und viele Rechtschreibfehler und Formulierungen teils nicht verständlich.

-> "Wer billig kauft, kauft zweimal" trifft hie zu.

Die Preise wären sehr gut, relativieren sich jedoch da die Ware mangelhaft ist, deshalb 3 Punkte Preisgestaltung.
